Service Description
Every scalp tells a different story. During your personalized consultation, we'll assess your scalp, hair loss pattern, skin type, and desired outcome to determine the most suitable SMP treatment for you. Together, we'll discuss your goals, design a natural-looking hairline or density enhancement, explain the treatment process, estimate the number of sessions required, and answer all of your questions before moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 1. Appointments: Services are by appointment only. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied to your service. 3. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for changes. Late cancellations or reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 4. The Procedure: You agree to follow the pre-treatment tips, aftercare instructions, and eligibility criteria provided. 5. Refunds: No refunds for completed services, but we are dedicated to your satisfaction—contact us with any concerns. 6. Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined with other offers. Arch n Ink reserves the right to the final decision in any dispute.
