Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in the Luna UV Lash Masterclass, you agree to the following policies. These are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and the best learning experience for everyone - Payment & Deposit A non-refundable $400 CAD deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of class. Your seat is only confirmed once the deposit is received. All prices include tax. Payment is accepted via credit card, e-transfer, or direct checkout. - Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once with at least 7 days' notice before the course start date. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 7 days prior will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. - Certification Requirements Certification is only awarded upon full attendance and completion of live model training. Arriving late or missing portions of the training may affect your eligibility for certification. Luna reserves the right to deny certification if professionalism or participation standards are not met. - Course Materials Your Pro Starter Kit will be provided on Day 1 and is included in your tuition. Course content (slides, videos, templates) is for student use only and may not be copied, shared, or sold. - Media & Photography Photos and videos may be taken during training for educational or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in content, please let us know in advance — we totally respect your privacy 💕 - Shadowing & Ongoing Support Lifetime shadowing access and student group support is granted to enrolled students only. Shadow sessions must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. Luna is committed to your long-term growth, but shadowing is an observation opportunity — not retraining. - Final Note We are here to help you succeed not just as a lash artist, but as a confident beauty entrepreneur.
