Not sure if Combo or Ombré brows are right for you? In this 1:1 consultation, Luna will assess your natural brow pattern, face shape, and symmetry goals, then recommend the best technique for a soft, natural result. We’ll cover pain/numbing, healing timeline, aftercare, and answer any concerns (blocky brows, uneven shape, colour choice) before you commit.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 1. Appointments: Services are by appointment only. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied to your service. 3. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for changes. Late cancellations or reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 4. The Procedure: You agree to follow the pre-treatment tips, aftercare instructions, and eligibility criteria provided. 5. Refunds: No refunds for completed services, but we are dedicated to your satisfaction—contact us with any concerns. 6. Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
